Ouma (real name – Ouma J. Ibrahim) is a singer/songwriter currently based in Abuja, Nigeria; the young entrepreneur with a Bachelor‘s degree in International Relations from Swansea University, began song-writing at the age of 14 and went on to performing at the age of 16 – her music runs well in the lines of artistes such as Alicia Keys, Adele, CeCe Winans and Etta James, with a blend of Asa and Naomi Whachira – ‎Ouma describes herself as a lover of deep content and emotion which drives her more towards ‘Soul,’ amongst other genres.
