Yung6ix Listed Amongst TOP 5 Google Plus Celebrity Users

Social Networking site, Google Plus recently made a list of it’s top five [5] Nigerian celebrity users, and amongst them is the indomitable Yung6ix. The young chap regularly described and acknowledged as the Best Young Rapper in Nigeria has come a long way from just an unknown in the oil city of Warri to emerging as the new voice of young people in Nigeria and the West African sub-region. Yung6ix who recently received an award From a coalition of Abuja Teenz and Youths as an ambassador and role model burst to the scene almost three [3] years ago after he caught the eye of an A&R executive, Gbemi Ereku. He later went on to release a smashing remix to Ice Prince‘s “Oleku” which was almost as popular as the original. Yung6ix has won over the hearts of young Nigerians with mainstream singles like “Follow Me” featuring Wizkid, “Picking Things” featuring Naeto C, “OMG” and “Plenty Money“. His last compilation, a mix-tape titled “Green Light Green” has garnered almost 50,000 downloads on the internet. The young musical icon possesses unquantifiable influence over a large majority of young people in Nigeria and beyond.  He has a movement that young people can relate and key into; Yung6ix currently has 12,406 people following him on Google Plus+ and thousands on other Social Networking sites. This is a testament to his fast growing popularity in the West African sub-region. Darey – 14,311 followers,  Dr Sid – 14,075 followers, Tosyn Bucknor – 12,242 followers, Naeto C – 14, 000 followers, completes the list of top five [5] celebrity Google Plus users. Yung6ix is working on his very much anticipated debut album.
