The stage name 5.2.6 originated from their birthday 5 [May being the 5th month of the year] and 26 [date of birth]. 5.2.6 was raised to parents Chief Mr. and Mrs. Ignatius Ofoegbu. They came to prominence as a recording artist following their debut single featuring Terry G titled “Something“; 5.2.6 are singers and writers who have had the honor to work with producers like Samklef, Terry G, Snowzy [Play Records], Bizzouch etc. They have performed alongside Akon of Konvict Muzik at Slu…SSH Party where they were live on-air at Inspiration FM with fellow artiste BrymO and also performed with Flowssick, Rilwan, BrymO, Wizkid, Dammy Krane, DavidO, Dpzle etc.
