Developed in the late 1950s, the Soul-Jazz music genre has become well-evolved and become an outgrowth of hard bop which well describes the down-home, call-and-response blues; the uniqueness of this genre is also well understood by the Nigerian recording act, DMI HoneyBoi, under the HoneyBoi Project imprint – being a unique artiste, he’s constant churning out classic tunes with unique sounds.
