Fresh from unveiling the viral video for his latest single, “Badda Dan Dem”, which was supported by leading Afrobeats taste-maker blogs and the likes of BBC 1Xtra’s DJ Edu and Capital Xtra’s DJ Abrantee, fast-rising London based Nigerian Afrobeats crooner, Martel B, returns to the fore-front with an excellent Afro-Pop remix of Chris Brown’s popular hit single, “Loyal”, aptly titled “Awon Temi Loyal”; accompanied by a black and white themed silhouette style net video shot by SK Visuals on location in East London and directed by Martel B himself, “Awon Temi Loyal” sees him in fine form yet again, brilliantly rapping and singing both in English and Yoruba – as he pays homage to his loyal fans, family and closed-knit team, over the infectious musical backdrop originally produced by Nic Nac.
