Fresh off his victory at the maiden edition of the M.I Abaga-hosted “Fight Night” Rap Battle, rapper/producer, Eclipse [a.k.a The Demigod], hits fans off with a new release, “Money Power Respect”, a braggadocios manual about Eclipse’s pursuit of his hip hop dreams. Featuring his trademark solid lyricism and fluid flow, delivered over pulsating, bass-heavy rhythms, the song is one more showcase of his steady evolution into one of the future leaders of the Nigerian Hip-Hop scene.
“Money Power Respect” also marks the countdown to Eclipse’s debut mix-tape, “City Of Dreams”, set for release in the 2nd quarter of 2014; as part of the countdown to the project, a steady release of songs, freestyles and videos will come through in the coming weeks and months. | ENJOY!!!
