Deeva<\/strong><\/a> (real name – Faith Akwaugo Anyaoha<\/strong><\/em>) is a 21<\/strong> year old final year student of the University of Lagos<\/em> who has an in-depth passion for Music<\/em>; starting out at the age of 8<\/strong> and singing in the TREM Church Children’s Choir<\/em><\/strong> where she honed her talents, the R&B<\/em> genre was her first love musically but she fell in love with Rap<\/em>. Growing up listening to Nas<\/em>, 2pac<\/em>, Notorious B.I.G<\/em> and G-Unit<\/em>, she saw herself falling in love with the energetic and dynamic sound of Hip-Hop<\/em>; she also fell in love with the deep messages that these rappers had used the Hip-Hop<\/em> genre to project and send to millions of fans all over the world and had one day dreamt that she could also use Hip-Hop<\/em> to portray not just her emotions and true feelings, but also the messages that the world needs to hear.<\/p>\n Previously dropping a cover of Djinee<\/em><\/strong><\/a>‘s “Overkilling<\/em><\/strong><\/a>,” which she titled “68<\/em><\/strong><\/a>,” and winning the Annual Universities Crest Award (ANUCA)<\/em><\/strong> for Best Student Female Artiste<\/em><\/strong> in 2014<\/strong> and going ahead to be one of the winners at the Blackberry Q5 Competition<\/em><\/strong>, she’s back after a 3<\/strong>-year hiatus with another freestyle cover she did on Nicki Minaj<\/em>‘s popular diss<\/em> in reply to Remy Ma<\/em> titled “No Frauds<\/strong>“; listen up and share your thoughts. | ENJOY!!!<\/strong><\/p>\n [download id=”2028″]<\/p>\n\n
