DC is a phenomenal upcoming hip hop star artiste who is a rare combination of rap and pure talent. DC [real name – Oruamen Andrew] was born in Lagos state, Nigeria and raised in Singapore, Asia after which he returned to Nigeria to continue his education. He is the eldest son of four siblings, and an undergraduate of the University of Lagos, Nigeria.
DC has alwayz been artistically inclined from his prime, where he started off as a singer and actor in church and later ventured into hip hop dancing and choreography. Since his first love was music, he took liking into rap back in high school. His rise to fame came early in 2011 with his first single. He has since then featured on a number of tracks with several Nigerian artistes at home and in diaspora.
His unique way of music has made several music fans ask one big question – who is this?
Without further questioning, he has been able to answer a lot with his ecstatic way of music.
