Have you ever seen HumbleSmith perform “Osinachi” live? Well, he did an acapella on #TheDropSpot at Metro 97.7FM to the obvious delight of Rexx and Ife; in his response to Rexx‘s question about how the song came to him, the artist revealed that he was in the church and praying, and he felt inspired to be thankful in spite of the direction of his career at the time. He chose to do a song to motivate and inspire people to thank God instead of complaining or disturbing God; “Osinachi” is a buzzing single that has received nods from fans and followers of Nigerian music and even though it originally featured Phyno, the remix has DavidO and a fresh video to the bargain.

Ife cut to the chase and asked if DavidO reached out to HumbleSmith for the remix? The artist confirmed that DavidO actually called saying, “you’ve done well, let’s work.” She called his attention to the fact that DavidO came on the song to vent and address his baby mama drama and in the same breath, raised the fact that the audio quality of the remix wasn’t as good as the original; Kelly (his manager) stepped in to clarify this. Watch the interview to find out the reason for the poor audio quality, HumbleSmith‘s mentor and the originally scheduled time for the video for the remix of the song; you should also catch some fun watching the video for the song, it’s out already – watch below.
