Kehinde Oshadipe, the twin sister of Late Taiwo Oshadipe of the Oshadipe Twins has released a tribute song for her late twin sister and member of the Oshadipe Twins, Taiwo Oshadipe, who passed on to glory on October 3rd, 2014 after a brief illness; titled “My Reflection” and produced by ace producer, Wole Oni, the emotion-laden track describes the ordeal of losing a loved one who holds a special place in one’s heart. The Oshadipe Twins describes Taiwo as her reflection indeed, the only close friend she had known all her life and someone who was always sincerely validating or debunking her choices; she said Taiwo showed love to everyone that crossed her path and would go any length to bring smile upon someone’s face. She admitted Taiwo’s sudden passage has created a huge vacuum in their musical career but she is resolute to live the dreams they both shared; she admits this to be a huge task but she expressed hope in God that she will be strengthened to take the brand Oshadipe Twins to a greater heights. She expressed gratitude to veteran and contemporary artistes, media houses and the general public for their condolences and outpouring of love during the gloomy days; Kehinde said living the Oshadipe Twins dream is paramount to her and assured their fans of good quality music from her in due course. | ENJOY!!!

LYRICS

Verse 1
Am staring at this blank sheet
Trying to find my heartbeat
Suddenly, it dawned on me you’re gone
It seems as if you’re still here
I can still feel you so near
With everything, reminding me of you
The love we shared, the pain we beared, the memories we had
And how am I gonna live without you

Chorus
Mirror Mirror, where’s my Reflection
I can’t just find the words to describe all that you are
Ah! Ole o [Ah! It’s hard]
Afi k’Oluwa ranmilowo [except the Lord helps me]
But you told me to be strong

Verse 2
And now I have to move on
Am trying hard to be strong, I have unfulfilled dreams inside of me
I’ll pick the left of myself up
Am gonna lift my head up high
You see! Am gonna do you proud
The love we shared, the pain we beared, the memories we had
Kehinde oshadipe: And how am I gonna live without you

Chorus

Bridge
What do you do? When your world crashes down
What do you do? When your shadow leaves you in the dark
What do you do? When you feel so empty inside
Lord I need your help ‘cuz I can’t do this on my own, Noooooo

Chorus
Mirror Mirror, where’s my Reflection
I’ld never find the word to describe all that you are
Ahhhhhhhh Ole o! [ah! it’s hard o!]
Afi k’Oluwa ranmilowo [except the Lord helps me]
But you told me to be strong [2x]
God help me to be strong.
