Shade, born 19th December, has been singing from as young as 4-years old. She would listen to all different kinds of music and finally, she decided to study it in college to learn more. Music warms her heart and gives her such joy; her idols are Alicia keys, Michael Jackson and Jessie J. Before returning to Nigeria, she worked in a retail company as a Sales Consultant.
Shade has won a number of talent competitions and an award in the USA for song-writing. Also, she had her song titled “I Told You” played on One Extra Radio Station in the UK, which is such a rare and seldom opportunity given to most artistes.
Her love for Nigerian music and her believe in her ability to deliver good quality music inspired this project. Here are her songs – a Pop offering titled “I’m Not Stupid“, and “Yes/No”, a cover of Banky W’s hit single. Listen up and share your thoughts. | ENJOY!!!
